  • 30 ml warm water
  • 200 ml milk of choice
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add 1 tbsp Noesh Pure Ube Powder to a small bowl.
  2. Whisk with 30 ml of warm water until a thick, creamy ube mixture forms.
  3. Use some of the thick mixture to coat the inside rim of your glass for a beautiful ube drip effect.
  4. Gradually add more warm water (or milk) while whisking until the remaining mixture becomes smooth and pourable.
  5. Fill the glass with ice and cold milk.
  6. Slowly pour the ube mixture over the milk to create the signature Noesh swirl.

Instructions
